Terms of Service | Vesta Self Defence Somerset

1. Our Agreement

By booking a course or attending a class with Vesta Self Defence, you agree to these terms and conditions. We provide reality-based self-defence training specifically for women in Somerset.

2. Bookings and Payments

Our flagship 4-week Foundation Course is priced at £59 (early bird offer). Full payment is required to secure your spot. All bookings are non-refundable within 7 days of the course start date, though we may offer a transfer to a future intake at our discretion.

3. Physical Activity and Safety

Self-defence training involves physical activity. While we prioritize safety and provide a supportive environment, participants assume the inherent risks of physical exercise. It is your responsibility to:

Inform the instructor of any injuries or health conditions before training
Listen carefully to all safety instructions
Stop immediately if you feel pain or discomfort

4. Code of Conduct

Vesta is a ladies-only safe space. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for any form of harassment, bullying, or disrespectful behavior. We reserve the right to refuse service or ask a student to leave if these standards are not met.

5. Intellectual Property

All training materials, techniques taught, and website content are the property of Vesta Self Defence and Krav Maga Somerset. These may not be reproduced or taught elsewhere without express written permission.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled within the jurisdiction of the courts of England.
